Saves on Instagram predict purchase intent better than likes. When someone saves your post, they're bookmarking it for later action - contacting you, visiting your location, or making a purchase. Track your save rate religiously.

Website clicks measure genuine interest. Profile visits and link clicks show people actively researching your business. This metric directly predicts leads and sales better than any engagement metric.

DM conversations started per week indicates bottom-funnel activity. Direct messages represent people ready to take action. Track how many conversations your content generates, not just how many likes.
